The CUDC facilities are located in the center of the Cleveland within easy walking distance of the central business district and 8 blocks from Public Square which is the historical center of Cleveland.

The CUDC facilities occupy the entire second floor and include the public conference room at the “point”, offices, gallery, classroom, and studio space for the academic urban design program.
