1. IMPORTANT: Remove old version of Pharos and reboot computer.
2. Set 'kent.edu' as default domain in the TCPIP network preferences...
Settings -> Control Panel -> Network Connections
Right Click "Local Area Connection" for properties
choose "Internet Protocol (TCPIP)", click properties
click "Advanced" button, click DNS tab
add "kent.edu" to "DNS suffix for this connection"
3. Download and install needed drivers...

NOTE: If there are connection errors, you may need to edit [use Notepad] your hosts file...
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
change the following line from:
0.0.0.0 Netprintps2.kent.edu
to:
131.123.251.16 Netprintps2.kent.edu
or just erase the line. REBOOT.
